If you purchased a six-month or 12-month subscription, then you will receive an email with a payment link each month. Your subscription box will not ship until your payment for the current cycle has been successfully processed. If payment is incomplete, declined, or delayed, your box may arrive after your desired delivery window.
Shipping timelines begin only after payment has been received.
Monthly Shipping Schedule
All subscription boxes are processed and packed on a set monthly schedule.
You will receive an email reminder before each billing cycle, and a confirmation once your payment goes through.
Processing Time
After payment is confirmed, please allow 1–2 business days for your box to be prepared for shipment.
Standard Shipping
Standard delivery takes approximately 5–7 business days after processing.
Actual transit times may vary based on your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout and apply to each subscription cycle unless stated otherwise.
If your order has no shipping cost, please check your email for delivery instructions or details specific to your order.
Tracking Information
When your box ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please do so before your next billing date to ensure your box goes to the correct place. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or outdated shipping details.
Carrier Delays
Weather, holidays, or carrier issues may affect delivery times. While we do our best to ensure on-time arrivals, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the package is handed off to the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Boxes
If your box arrives damaged or tracking shows it lost, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you.
